Consulting Appointment Terms

By booking a consulting appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Consulting services are provided for general guidance and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for how you use any advice provided.

Appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Fees will be disclosed prior to booking and are due before the session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

All information shared during the session will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

Consulting services do not replace legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

The consultant is not liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from the use of consulting services, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
